When confirming/submitting your reservation, you automatically agree to the following conditions:
With the confirmation of your reservation, you enter into a contractual agreement with VOF Sicily Villas
Your reservation will be handled on a automated first come, first served basis.
The rental charge includes:
Final cleaning and towels for personal use are not included and can be added when you make a booking.
Heating in the winter and airconditioning (where available) are not included.
Heating in the winter period and airconditioning (where available) is not included in the price.
For bookings longer than 13 days the end cleaning is free of charge.
Your reservation will be confirmed via email. This email will contain your confirmation, invoice and detailed driving instructions to your holiday home. The confirmation/invoice email also includes instructions on how to make the payment. If appropriate, after the down payment you will also receive the rental car voucher by email.
We can welcome you at the holiday house between 16.00 and 21.00 hours. Departure is by 11.00 hours at the latest.
If your arrival is unexpectedly delayed (by traffic jams, strikes etc.) you are asked to inform us as soon as possible. You will find our contact details on the confirmation/invoice email.
Immediately after receiving the confirmation you are asked to transfer 30% of the total cost to us (down payment).
The remaining 70% is to be paid at the latest 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
If you make a booking within 8 weeks of your arrival, you will be asked to pay the full amount once having received the written confirmation.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or online by credit card. Please note that we levy a charge of 2% on credit card payments to cover our cost.
If you, having received the contract, have to unexpectedly cancel your holiday, then the following rules apply:
We advise you that at the same time as making a booking you take out a cancellation insurance. This will cover any costs if the cancellation is due to sickness, accident etc.
In the case of any problem or complaint it is imperative that the client informs VOF Sicily Villas by phone at the earliest opportunity, in order that the company has the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
